Cut Collar - 2 Buckle, Small 15"-19": Camo Cut Collar. Two metal buckles, with heavy duty straps available in Blaze Orange. We also affix a strip of 3M reflective material to increase visibility at night. This Cut Collar has two Layers of Kevlar and two layers of 1000 Denier water resistant Cordura. (*PLEASE NOTE: If you order the cut collar 3 inches wide, it will only have ONE strap and ONE buckle...the three inch wide collars are not wide enough to accommodate 2 buckles. But I assure you they are VERY secure, even with ONE buckle.)
